Command center

Included in the MeridCore™ foundation: the Command Center is not an optional module.

Identify unfilled shifts, incidents, patrol exceptions and overdue actions in a view that shows who should act and on what information.

Complete operations platform

The capabilities presented are part of the MeridCore™ offering and are configured for each organization’s context, permissions and processes.

Understand

A read notification is not a resolved problem.

Management, dispatch, supervisors and HR have different priorities. The command center is designed to gather authorized signals, explain alert conditions and lead to the source record rather than accumulate numbers without a clear next action.

Platform

From an alert to documented resolution.

See role-specific priorities

Filter by site, team, period and portfolio. Depending on permissions, the queue can bring together pending confirmations, shift starts, reports to review, overdue inspections and synchronization errors.

Understand the signal

Each alert links to its source, priority, date, rule and owner. Indicators state their period and definition; old or incomplete information is identified.

Assign and escalate

Separate acknowledgement, assignment, handling and resolution. Deadlines and escalation follow site rules; viewing an alert does not remove the condition that triggered it.

Return to the evidence

Open the relevant shift, report or action and act within your permissions. The timeline retains contacts, decisions and closure evidence. The last synchronization remains visible when connectivity is degraded.

Illustrative example · Operational workflow

An expected shift start

A shift is confirmed, but the expected clock-in has not arrived. The dispatcher checks data freshness and contacts the employee under the procedure. They can record a connectivity issue or arrange cover without automatically concluding misconduct.

What to monitor

Measure acknowledgement time, overdue actions and recurring causes. A dashboard is useful when it leads to an explainable decision.

Scope and limits

Real-time visibility depends on events actually received. A last recorded event-based location is not a live position. The command center does not replace your emergency procedures.

Define the alerts that need action.

Describe your current process, the people involved and the expected result. An initial discussion helps confirm the relevant scope.
