Prepare the review cycle
Select the template, required skills, period, assessors and deadlines. Criteria describe observable behaviour, and changes to rating scales are versioned.
Structure probation, skills and performance reviews around observable criteria, dialogue and follow-up.
The capabilities presented are part of the MeridCore™ offering and are configured for each organization’s context, permissions and processes.
HR defines review cycles and confidentiality rules; authorized assessors document job-related behaviour. Employees should understand expectations, selected evidence and development actions without hidden rankings derived from field activity.

Reference relevant, authorized evidence such as an observed task or training result. Context and limitations stay visible; an isolated signal does not automatically become a rating.
Separate content approval, the review meeting and acknowledgement of receipt. Employees can comment or challenge the review; acknowledging receipt does not necessarily indicate agreement.
Define goals, training, support, owners and checkpoints. Each follow-up is dated, and changes or extensions to the plan retain their justification.
A probation review identifies incomplete timelines in selected reports. The manager discusses examples with the employee, assigns training and schedules a review of three new reports. Follow-up focuses on observable work, not an impression of reliability.
Track cycle progress, meetings, goals and support plans. Review records remain separate from reports available to clients or dispatch.
180°/360° reviews and calibration are configurable advanced capabilities. Unverified complaints and legitimate absences must not automatically produce adverse ratings. AI does not determine the final rating.
Describe your current process, the people involved and the expected result. An initial discussion helps confirm the relevant scope.
