Reports

Document observations, incidents and interventions in structured reports that are reviewed and shared only with authorized recipients.

Complete operations platform

The capabilities presented are part of the MeridCore™ offering and are configured for each organization’s context, permissions and processes.

The business need

A useful report explains what happened and what was done.

An isolated note or context-free photo leaves questions unanswered. The module connects location, relevant people, observed facts, actions and attachments. Authors, reviewers and recipients do not necessarily see the same information.

Module

From the first observation to the published version.

Capture the right context

Start a report from a site, shift, patrol or inspection. Use the event-specific form, with required fields and conditional sections, without recreating shared references.

Build the chronology

Separate event time, entry time and authorship. Attach photos and documents to the relevant observation; save drafts offline for prepared and authorized workflows.

Review without erasing

A supervisor can request clarification or return a section. Corrections, approvals and reopenings remain identifiable; a published version is not silently changed.

Publish and follow through

Produce a client-facing document or an internal record according to permissions. Review notes and confidential fields stay separate. Corrective actions remain linked to the source report.

Illustrative example · Operational workflow

An intervention documented through follow-up

After property damage, an employee records facts, contacts and actions taken. The reviewer requests a missing time. Once corrected and approved, the authorized version is shared with the client while repair follow-up remains linked to the record.

What to monitor

Track expected reports, correction requests, approval time and open actions. Find an intervention by authorized site, date, type or asset.

Scope and limits

Dictation and writing assistance are conditional capabilities requiring validation. AI output remains a draft: it must not invent facts or publish a report on the author’s behalf.

Start with your reports and approval process.

Describe your current process, the people involved and the expected result. An initial discussion helps confirm the relevant scope.
