Define and schedule
Create checklists by site, asset type or activity. Define answers, required evidence, not-applicable cases and critical criteria, then schedule one-off or recurring inspections.
Assess a site, asset or process against explicit criteria, then verify the corrective work.
The capabilities presented are part of the MeridCore™ offering and are configured for each organization’s context, permissions and processes.
Quality managers, supervisors and inspectors define acceptable conditions, collect evidence and track actions. Unlike a patrol, an inspection produces a compliance result tied to a specific checklist version.

Answer questions, add photos and comments, and identify the asset. Prepared inspections can be performed offline; an earlier observation is not treated as a current finding.
Use a verdict, score or combination according to the checklist. Weights and exclusions remain explicit; a critical failure cannot disappear behind a high average.
Assign the action, deadline and required evidence. A verifier can accept or return the correction. Reinspection produces a new finding linked to the original rather than overwriting it.
An internal checklist classifies an obstruction as a critical finding. The inspector attaches a photo and assigns an action to the site owner. The correction is photographed and verified. The initial finding and restoration date remain distinct.
Monitor overdue actions, recurring defects, closure times and site-level results while accounting for checklist changes.
Results apply to the configured criteria. They are not automatic regulatory certification or a substitute for a required professional inspection.
Describe your current process, the people involved and the expected result. An initial discussion helps confirm the relevant scope.
