Solution

Field operations

Prepare assignments, guide execution and pass observations requiring follow-up to supervisors.

Complete operations platform

The capabilities presented are part of the MeridCore™ offering and are configured for each organization’s context, permissions and processes.

The challenge

Close the gap between planned and documented work.

A missed instruction, untraceable photo or late report makes supervision difficult. This solution links shifts and instructions to on-site patrols, inspections and reports, then to the actions that follow.

Solution

The path of a field assignment.

Prepare the work

Attach the site, assignment, current instructions and required checks to the work. Prepare authorized content before entering an area without connectivity.

Capture information when it matters

Staff record a checkpoint visit, inspection or observation in the relevant context. Media support an identified fact instead of remaining isolated in a message thread.

Flag departures from the plan

An exception leads to the report, alert or action specified by the rules. Ownership and priority must be clear, and lack of connectivity remains visible.

Validate and hand over

Supervisors review received information, request clarification and follow open actions. The next shift can access authorized facts and instructions without rebuilding the entire picture.

Illustrative example · Operational workflow

An unresolved issue at shift handover

An employee finishes a shift after reporting faulty equipment. The report and action record the observation and the next owner. The incoming team checks the status instead of assuming the issue is resolved.

What to monitor

Measure documented assignments, expected reports, clarification requests and open follow-up. Separate completed work, transmitted data and approval.

Scope and limits

A field workflow does not make the entire platform available offline. New assignments, transmissions and notifications depend on connectivity and prepared scope.

Map an assignment from start to finish.

Describe your current process, the people involved and the expected result. An initial discussion helps confirm the relevant scope.
