Personalized potential assessment

Review indicative calculator results to separate recoverable time, possible savings, double-counting risks and implementation costs.

Prepare the discussion

Move from an indicative figure to an assessment of your processes.

The calculator uses fixed coefficients; it does not prove an organization will achieve the displayed gains. A discussion should validate volumes, tasks, overlaps and relevant capabilities, then examine costs excluded from the estimate.

Three questions to investigate.

What do your figures represent?

Specify the period, sources, time spent reporting and tools that could genuinely be replaced. Avoid counting the same hours in both administration and reporting.

What value can actually be recovered?

Freed time may increase capacity without reducing expenditure. Better-supported revenue and avoided losses must be checked separately to avoid counting the same service twice.

What does the change cost?

Consider subscription, implementation, integrations, devices, training and change support. Link these costs to the scope actually available and a consistent assessment period.

Practical information

When opened from the calculator, the form includes the three scenarios, currency, industry and headcounts. Review the summary and add important assumptions in your comments: not every calculator input is transferred.

Scope and limits

The assessment is not a savings commitment. Net return on investment cannot be established without full costs, timing, adoption and reasonably validated benefits.
